There are some things that don't look quite correct, besides the reblue, and aftermarket grips. It is not an 'alphabet' Luger due to the serial number, yet the barrel extension/receiver displays a vertical Crown N of a commercial Luger, and not one of the first horizontal Crown N stamping.
Is it 30 Luger(7.65 Para) caliber, or 9mm?? I would expect it to be 30 Luger unless someone rebarreled it, or rebored the barrel. I would need to see a lot more of this Luger, and it's serial numbers on a number of parts to tell you much about it. It may well be a parts gun, that has been refinished.
